On October 27, Professor Hao Fanghua, head of the preparatory group for Hainan Moscow Power University and former president of Central China Normal University, along with Jia Deyong, former director of the Ministry of Education and vice chairman of the International Confucian Association, Liang Li, secretary of the School of Telecommunications at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Professor Geng Yingsan, deputy director of the National Key Laboratory of Electrical Materials and Electrical Insulation at Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Dr. Li Daofeng, a doctoral candidate from Beijing Normal University, paid a visit to the Sino-Russian Joint Laboratory. During their visit, they listened to a briefing on the laboratory’s development history and discussed potential areas of collaboration. Dr. Lei Li, executive director of the laboratory, and Zheng Huating, chairman of the board, together with the laboratory’s team, extended a warm welcome to President Hao and her delegation. Also accompanying them in the reception was Chen Xi, deputy director of the Huqiao Science and Technology Bureau.
