On the afternoon of February 7, Mr. Luo Xianzhi, Chairman of Shanghai Tianzeng Investment Management Co., Ltd., along with Secretary Pan Ying and their delegation, visited the Sino-Russian Joint Laboratory and held discussions and exchanges with Dr. Lei Li, the laboratory’s Executive Director, and Mr. Zheng Huating, Chairman of the Board.
At the meeting, Ms. Chen Yanan from the Investment Department briefly introduced the company’s key research areas. Deputy General Manager Li Wenhao highlighted the upcoming mass-production dental implant project and its promising development prospects. Senior researcher in high-voltage electrical engineering, Mr. Chen Zhen, focused on the technological roadmap and market potential of transformer products based on TECO technology. Mr. Luo Xianzhi expressed keen interest in new electrical materials and dental implants, and also briefed Dr. Lei Li and Chairman Zheng Huating on Huangshi, Hubei’s investment promotion policies and local industrial support resources. The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on the standardized construction of future laboratories, equity issues related to industrialization, and the development directions for new materials and technologies. Both sides expressed their interest in gaining a deeper understanding of each other’s businesses and in establishing substantive cooperation.
Luo Xianzhi, a Chinese capital markets expert, has over 16 years of experience in capital markets investment management. He previously worked at Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd., Asia’s largest institutional investor, where he served as Investment Manager in the Fixed Income Department and later as Executive General Manager of Fixed Income. Under his leadership, the team managed asset allocation funds exceeding 250 billion yuan and trading strategy funds surpassing 100 billion yuan. In addition, Mr. Luo Xianzhi formerly held the position of Director of Fixed Income Investments at Guolian An Fund Management Co., Ltd.
