On the morning of February 8, Chen Chaoxu, Deputy General Manager of the Processing Division of Jiangxi Copper; Liu Wei, Manager of the Marketing Department; and Yang Guofu, Chief Engineer, paid a visit to the Sino-Russian Joint Laboratory. They were accompanied by Huang Jianhui, General Manager of Jiangsu Dayi Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Tinghua, General Manager of Suzhou Kaibailuo Electronics Co., Ltd., for an exchange meeting.
Chen Yanan from the Laboratory’s Investment and Financing Department introduced the laboratory’s development history, core technologies, key products, and industrialization strategy. Yang Zonggong from Jiangtong Processing Business Unit provided an overview of Jiangtong Group and the Processing Business Unit, including their product lines and core technologies. Huang Zong from Dayi Co., Ltd. and Zhang Zong from Jiangsu Kaibai Le respectively presented the product applications and performance requirements of electromagnetic wire in electric tools and new-energy wiring harnesses.
Mr. Chen, General Manager of Jiangtong’s Processing Division, expressed high appreciation for the laboratory’s R&D achievements in the development of aluminum-based ceramic-insulated electromagnetic wires and composite-insulated electromagnetic wires. He noted that, from the perspectives of high-temperature resistance, corona resistance, high-voltage resistance, and cost-effectiveness, aluminum-based ceramic-insulated electromagnetic wires—especially those enhanced by carbon nanotube modification of the metal substrate—offer extremely broad application scenarios and market potential. Jiangtong is eager to engage in joint R&D with the laboratory to bring this new-generation product to market as soon as possible, targeting specialized power tools and new-energy applications.
