Party building leads to synergy, empowering innovation and driving development.

As the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China approaches, in order to continuously strengthen the building of grassroots Party organizations, the Party branch of Xibili Company and the Party branch of the Huaqiao Science and Technology Bureau jointly carried out a co-construction activity on September 16. Through methods such as joint project development, resource sharing, collaborative event planning, and mutually beneficial cooperation, they aim to effectively enhance horizontal exchanges and cross-sector collaboration among Party organizations, further integrate resources, build synergy, and jointly promote the vigorous development of the Party’s cause. During the meeting, the two branches signed a co-construction agreement and received party-building books donated by the Party branch of the Huaqiao Science and Technology Bureau. Afterwards, all Party members visited and toured the Museum of Outstanding Figures of Huaqiao and the Museum of Huaqiao’s History and Culture.

Taking this event as a starting point, both sides will focus on five key areas—jointly discussing needs, jointly studying theory, co-organizing activities, working together in volunteer efforts, and sharing outcomes—to collaboratively carry out joint Party branch building initiatives. Through mutual assistance and learning, they will effectively enhance the vitality of Party organizations and fully leverage the role of Party organizations as fighting fortresses and sources of advanced leadership.

The Xibili Party Branch was established in November 2019. It currently has 12 formal party members, including 4 with doctoral degrees, 5 with master’s degrees, and 3 with bachelor’s degrees. This is a young team brimming with vigor, committed to seeking truth and being pragmatic, full of ambition and initiative, and courageous in innovation.

The branch conducts theoretical study and on-the-job training with the goal of building a “versatile” Party branch, and actively carries out various learning and support activities under the slogan: “Set an example at all times, take the lead everywhere, and spearhead every task.”

Establish the “National Materials Power Lecture Group,” with doctoral and master’s degree-holding Party members serving as lecturers. Adopting a “one lesson per week” approach, the group will provide strong support in terms of the company’s technological R&D and business operations.

Apply to become a “Science Communication and Education Base of the China Electrotechnical Society,” integrating multidisciplinary knowledge and fostering cultural exchanges between China and Russia, and conducting science popularization exhibitions and lectures on the electrical industry and new materials industry.

Carry out branch activities such as studying the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC National Congress and studying "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China," and greet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party with concrete actions.
