Academician Guan Xiaohong and his delegation from Xi'an Jiaotong University visited the Sino-Russian (Zhuji) International Laboratory.

On the afternoon of February 1, 2023, Academician Guan Xiaohong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Director of the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University, along with his team, visited the Sino-Russian (Zhujie) International Laboratory. They were received by Dr. Lei Li, Executive Director of the Sino-Russian Laboratory, and the laboratory’s R&D team. 
Dr. Lei Li introduced to Academician Guan Xiaohong the development history of the Sino-Russian (Zhujie) International Laboratory, as well as its progress in TECO technology and carbon nanotube-enhanced material R&D, and its industrial applications in fields such as power engineering, tribological component protection, and biomedical materials. Academician Guan Xiaohong expressed his appreciation for the laboratory’s technological R&D efforts and early-stage construction work. Both sides agreed to strengthen their cooperation and exchange in areas including integrated industry-academia-research development and the joint building of expert think tanks.
