TECO High-Performance Overhead Line
This product is a composite steel-core aluminum conductor, made by stranding high-conductivity aluminum wire (with a conductivity of 61–64% IACS) around a high-strength steel core. The surface of the high-conductivity aluminum wire has undergone TECO ceramic treatment. This product significantly enhances the conductor’s current-carrying capacity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength, while also reducing corona losses in transmission lines. The ice-resistant version effectively slows down the rate of ice accumulation, reduces ice layer thickness, and accelerates ice melting.
