To celebrate the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and further enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party organizations, as well as to inspire Party members and cadres at all levels to remain firm in their ideals and beliefs and to play a pioneering and exemplary role, on June 30, the Science and Technology Bureau of Zhuji City organized representatives of Party members from the high-level science and technology innovation platform’s Party branch to visit Shimeng Village in Majian Town for a “July 1st” themed Party Day activity. Members of the Party Branch Committee of the Sino-Russian Joint Materials Laboratory in Zhuji actively participated, commemorating the revolutionary forebears, retracing red memories, carrying forward the red lineage, and inheriting the revolutionary spirit.

The Jinxiao Detachment Memorial Hall in Shimen Village vividly recreates the heroic chapter of the Jinxiao Detachment’s anti-Japanese fighters who bravely fought to the death for the nation’s independence and liberation. It is a model unit for national defense education in Shaoxing City and a base for Party history education in Shaoxing City.

At the Jinxiao Detachment Memorial Hall, Party members carefully toured and studied the development process and revolutionary deeds of the People's Liberation Army Jinxiao Detachment, deeply experiencing the firm convictions and noble spirit of Communist Party members. Party representatives from the China-Russia (Zhuji) International Laboratory stood before the precious historical materials with profound reverence, deeply commemorating the heroic martyrs who gave their lives for the Chinese revolution, and reaffirmed their oath of joining the Party in front of the memorial hall.

This “July 1st” themed Party Day activity further inspired the Party members of the China-Russia (Zhuji) International Laboratory to remember history and carry forward the revolutionary spirit of forging ahead bravely. Everyone expressed great enthusiasm, pledging to remain true to our original aspirations, keep our mission firmly in mind, and contribute to the cause of scientific and technological innovation through practical actions marked by earnest dedication and overcoming difficulties.
