The Sino-Russian Joint Laboratory signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the People's Government of Yangxin County.

On March 8, Dr. Lei Li, Executive Director of the Sino-Russian Joint Laboratory, and Mr. Zheng Huating, Chairman of the Board, led the laboratory team on a visit to the People's Government of Yangxin County to discuss potential cooperation. Attending the meeting were county government leaders including Secretary Wan Ding, County Head Yang Bo, and Deputy County Head Yu Zhengjiang, as well as senior officials from the County Party Committee Office, the Economic Development Zone, the Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Bureau of Commerce, and the Investment Promotion Service Center. Mr. Luo Xianzhi, Chairman of Shanghai Tian Zeng Investment Management Co., Ltd., also accompanied the delegation for the exchange.

In the morning, accompanied by Vice County Magistrate Yu Zhengjiang and others, Dr. Lei Li and his delegation visited several outstanding enterprises in Yangxin County, including Anda Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Xuanli Thermal Energy (Hubei) Co., Ltd., and Hubei Anze Precision Bearing Co., Ltd. In the afternoon, the laboratory group visited Huangshi New Port Port Co., Ltd. for an inspection. Huangshi New Port is among the first batch of national demonstration parks for industrial transformation and upgrading, a national comprehensive bonded zone, a national-level demonstration logistics park, a national comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce, and a key core area of the Guanggu Science and Technology Innovation Corridor—comprising three functional zones and one port in Huangshi.

After the inspection, a business negotiation was held in the conference room of the Yangxin County Party School. Through thorough understanding and in-depth exchanges, Yu Zhengjiang, Deputy County Mayor of Yangxin County, Luo Xianzhi, Chairman of Tian Zeng Capital, and Zheng Huating, Chairman of Xibili Company, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of the three parties. Secretary Wanding, County Head Yang Bo, Dr. Lei Li, and leaders from relevant departments of Yangxin County witnessed the signing ceremony.

Yang Bo, the County Mayor of Yangxin County People's Government, expressed his warm welcome to the joint Sino-Russian laboratory, stating that the county government is fully committed to providing policy support in every possible way—offering favorable conditions in areas such as site selection for the laboratory, talent recruitment, integration with local enterprises, and project application procedures. He also emphasized that, following the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement, it is crucial to concretely implement the consensus reached and swiftly advance the establishment of the Yangxin laboratory and its industrialization company.
