Mr. Yin Bin, Chairman of the Sino-Russian Humanities Cooperation Development Center, paid a visit.

On the afternoon of March 1, Mr. Yin Bin, Chairman of the Sino-Russian Center for Humanistic Cooperation and an academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, visited the Sino-Russian Joint Laboratory. He was accompanied by Ivan Sokolov, a senior engineer at the laboratory, and Liu Mei, Manager of the International Cooperation Department, for the exchange.

The Sino-Russian Joint Laboratory and the Sino-Russian Center for Humanistic Cooperation and Development signed a framework cooperation agreement in 2020, committing to close collaboration in areas such as expanding domestic and international projects, applying for science and technology projects, attracting top talent and expertise, and fostering international exchanges and cooperation. Mr. Yin Bin’s visit this time represents a further step forward in advancing and implementing our bilateral cooperation. During his visit, he gained firsthand insights into the laboratory’s development and its needs regarding markets, talent, and project collaborations. Mr. Yin Bin noted that the Sino-Russian Center for Humanistic Cooperation and Development excels in carrying out government and civil-sector cooperation projects in the humanities field between China and Russia, as well as in attracting top talent from Russia. Currently, China provides strong support for bringing in senior Russian professionals and outstanding projects, and the Center has accumulated extensive experience and numerous successful cases in this area. Chen Yanan from the Laboratory’s Investment and Financing Department introduced the laboratory’s current needs in terms of attracting international talent and pursuing project collaborations. Wu Lili from the Marketing Department shared information on the laboratory’s efforts to explore potential market opportunities in Russia. Both sides expressed their intention to further clarify specific needs and launch more in-depth cooperation in the future.
