Wang Junde, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Zhuji Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee’s Committee for New Economic Organizations

On the morning of February 8, Wang Junde, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Zhuji Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee’s Committee for New Economic Organizations and New Social Groups, accompanied by the head of the Party Building and Science & Technology Talent Division of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department, Liu Jianjun, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, paid a visit to the Sino-Russian (Zhuji) International Laboratory and held a needs-assessment meeting. Guo Haiping, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, Wu Shaojie, Chief of the Secretariat Office of the Municipal Party Committee’s Science and Technology Innovation Work Committee, and Li Bingbing, Deputy Chief of the Science and Technology Cooperation and Achievement Transformation Division of the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, also joined the visit.

Through on-site visits and holding demand-solicitation meetings, Vice Minister Wang Junde engaged in an in-depth exchange with Zheng Huating, a director of the Sino-Russian (Zhuji) International Laboratory. He listened carefully to the laboratory’s needs, gained a detailed understanding of its talent recruitment and development, project application processes, Party building efforts, and future development plans, and helped the laboratory analyze and assess the current situation while coordinating to resolve difficulties and challenges encountered during its development.

Vice Minister Wang Junde stated that the government will continue to refine its talent policies and related supporting resources in the future, providing corresponding support for the laboratory in areas such as attracting and cultivating talent, conducting scientific research, translating research findings into practical applications, and submitting project proposals. From their side, the laboratory should leverage its own strengths and resources, work closely with the government to build a science and technology innovation platform, hold joint meetings, and achieve resource sharing. By doing so, the laboratory can establish itself as a new hub for attracting and nurturing talent, thus contributing to the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist Zhuji.
